Women's Gymnast of the Week
Brandi Personett, Penn State
So., Katy, Texas / Cinco Ranch

Personett helped Penn State to its highest team score of the year with her career-best performance in the all-around with a score of 39.525, earning her first place in the competition in the four way meet with Nebraska, Maryland and Rutgers.  The Katy, Texas, native also garnered wins on the beam (9.900) and the floor (9.900).  Her score on the beam set a career-high and she now has eight first-place finishes in the floor exercise this season.  Personett also finished second in the vault (9.875) and took home fourth on the bars (9.850).  This is Personett's fourth career weekly laurel.
