Tucker claims Player of the Week accolades after tallying a season-high 32 points and leading the Badgers to an 89-75 victory over No. 2/2 Pittsburgh last Saturday. Against the Panthers, the senior forward went 10-of-17 from the field (.588) and reached 30-plus points for the second time in his career. He also added 10 rebounds to claim his eighth career double-double while Wisconsin knocked off its first second-ranked team since defeating No. 2 Minnesota, 66-65, on March 8, 1997. Earlier in the week, Tucker led the Badgers in a 68-49 rout over UW-Milwaukee, tallying 20 points, four rebounds, two steals and two assists. He has now scored 20 or more points in four consecutive games and has averaged 21.2 points against ranked opponents in his career (18 games). Tucker, who currently leads the Big Ten in scoring (21.2 ppg), earns his third career weekly accolade after also being honored on Nov. 21, 2005 and Feb. 20, 2006.
