Established in the fall of 1998, Dream Big serves as a vehicle to bring attention to and awareness of young girls', grades K-8, involvement in sports and the benefits sports plays in their daily lives. Dream Big continues the Big Ten's commitment of gender equity in women's athletics. Today, the Conference sponsors 13 women's championships.
